Return & Refund Policy
At St Bernard Drugs & Compounding, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear and fair return process in compliance with applicable laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Prescription medications
- Compounded medications
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
- Vitamins, supplements, or ingestible products once opened
- Medical supplies or personal care items once opened
- Clearance or final-sale items
These exclusions are standard in pharmacy and healthcare retail and are strictly enforced.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to resolve the issue.
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary by financial institution but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Returns
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
